Control Bolivia
Which data we process, for what purpose, how it is kept and how to exercise your rights.
The controller is Control Solutions Bolivia S.R.L. (Control Bolivia), tax ID 336322020, registration number 00181758, with its general location in Cochabamba, Bolivia. The full registered address is not published on this website, and neither are email addresses or telephone numbers. Form submission functions are temporarily disabled, so this version of the website records no requests. For any communication, including one about exercising rights, the WhatsApp channel shown on the contact page may be used.
In this version the website collects no personal data through forms: the submission functions are temporarily disabled. When they are re-enabled, they will collect only the data entered by the person: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp, message and, for internal search requests, the query and the description; the data rights request form will collect a name, an email address, the right being exercised and the details of the request. No payment data or card credentials are recorded. The website installs no cookies and no tracking tools.
While the submission functions remain disabled, the website processes no personal data. When they are re-enabled, data will be processed to answer the enquiry, prepare a proposal or handle the internal search request; the legal basis will be consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject. Commercial communications will only be sent if the person authorises them expressly and separably. The data of a rights request will be processed in order to handle that request, in compliance with the applicable rules; such a request will require no consent and will imply no acceptance of commercial communications.
Consent for commercial communications is optional, separable from the rest, can be withdrawn at any time and is never pre-ticked. When the submission functions are re-enabled, the enquiry forms will require a mandatory, unticked privacy checkbox: without it the request will not be recorded. The data rights request form will not require any consent checkbox, because the exercise of a right cannot be made conditional on prior consent, and sending that form will not mean accepting commercial communications.
The website infrastructure, including the storage of the database, is hosted by Hostinger. Access to the data is limited to authorised Control Bolivia staff. This version of the website sends no automated email and integrates no messaging or advertising provider.
The request reception functions are temporarily disabled and the website records no personal data in this version. The system performs no automatic data deletion and has no configured deletion deadline, so no deletion period is published. When the functions are re-enabled, requests will be kept for as long as the site is in service and deletion, where appropriate, will be carried out individually by the controller. Before each site update a database backup is generated and archived together with its checksum.
Administrative access is protected with credentials and a session token, which is stored as a hash and not in plain text; internal access to the information is limited to authorised staff. Transmissions between the browser and the site are encrypted whenever the site is published over HTTPS. Database backups are kept on the production server, with their checksum, and only authorised staff can access them.
Under Article 56 of Supreme Decree No. 1793, everyone may exercise the right to be informed about the processing of their data, as well as the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction set out in the applicable Bolivian rules. If the processing is carried out within the territorial scope of the European Union, the rights in Articles 15 to 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 also apply. Exercising these rights is free of charge and is not conditional on giving prior consent. While the website form is disabled, the request may be sent through the WhatsApp channel shown on the contact page; once it is re-enabled, the data access, rectification or deletion request form may be used, and the website assigns a reference number to the request.
The website provides a dedicated form to request access to, rectification or deletion of your data. In this version that form is temporarily disabled as a legal precaution, while the owner resolves the mechanism for informing about its address and the retention periods. During that period, requests may be sent through the WhatsApp channel shown on the contact page, stating the right being exercised and the details of the request. Once the form is re-enabled, only a name, an email address to receive the reply, the right being exercised and the details of the request will be needed, and the website will record the request with a reference identifier. Requests are answered within the periods set by the applicable rules.
This policy may be updated. The version in force is always shown on this page.
The points marked as pending validation will be resolved with the owner before publication.
